SI – Studio Inzaghi advised CDP Real Asset SGR S.p.A. in the sale and leaseback transaction carried out with the Amapa Group, concerning the Hotel Ibis Styles Roma Eur. The transaction was completed through the National Tourism Fund (FT2).
The contractual aspects were handled by Ivana Magistrelli, Luigi Nassivera and Margherita Gattulli. Gabriele Paladini handled all tax aspects of the transaction. Guido Alberto Inzaghi, Silvia Gnocco, Morgen Miragoli and Silvia Marciò handled the town planning aspects.
The property is a four-star hotel, operational since 2012, with a total area of approximately 9,000 square meters. The total value of the transaction is €28 million.
The agreement signed with Amapa provides for the operator to reinvest the proceeds from the sale of the property in new tourism and hospitality initiatives, as well as in upgrading the existing structure, with the aim of more effectively meeting the demand for hotels in Rome’s EUR district.
