Guido Alberto Inzaghi

Founding Partner

Guido is a Founding Partner and Managing Partner of SI – Studio Inzaghi.

Guido specialises in real estate, urban planning, environmental law and public–private partnerships (PPPs) relations.

He advises private and public companies, both national and international, as well as central government administrations and local authorities.

He has been a key adviser on a number of the market’s most significant urban regeneration projects, including the developments in Milan such as Porta Nuova – Bosco Verticale (500,000 sqm), the disused railway yards (1,250,000 sqm), the Santa Giulia area (1,200,000 sqm), and the former Falck Milano– Sesto area (1,500,000 sqm), as well as the participation in the construction and modernisation of Italy’s most important stadiums and infrastructure (Pala Italia and Olympic Village) for the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.

Guido has advised state-owned companies and leading international investors on transactions relating to the development of public property.

He has extensive experience in advising acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets, with respect to a wide range of asset classes (e.g. office, residential, retail, logistics, data centres).

He is the President of the Urban Planning Committee of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare (the Italian real estate industry association), where he acts as a spokesman for the government on urban planning and construction issues. He was President for Italy of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a member of its Steering Committee.

Guido writes for Il Sole 24 Ore and speaks regularly on planning and urban development at major international forums (including MIPIM) and leading domestic conferences such as Scenari Immobiliari.

He is a frequent speaker on planning and environmental law.

In 2017, he founded Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners – BIP, having previously headed the Real Estate department at DLA Piper from 2008 and served as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery – Carnelutti.

He has been lecturer at the University of Milan (Politecnico) on environmental law.
