The Municipality of Milan has published the notice making the Preliminary Report of the SEA Screening Procedure available for consultation.
According to the notice, the Preliminary Report may be consulted:
- on the Lombardy Region’s SIVAS website;
- on the Municipality of Milan’s website;
- at the Municipality’s offices, by appointment.
Written contributions may be submitted until 11 September 2026.
Reference is made to Chapter 2 of the Preliminary Report for an overview of the proposed amendments, which focus on targeted changes to the Technical Implementation Rules of the Rules Plan (Piano delle Regole) and the Services Plan (Piano dei Servizi).
