SI-Studio Inzaghi assisted a leading industrial group in the acquisition of Torre U7, an office building of approximately 7,000 sqm located in the heart of the Bicocca district, one of Milan’s most dynamic business areas.
The team, led by Donise Serenelli and composed of Margherita Gattulli, Andrea Ceriani, and Filippo Amorosa, operated under the coordination of Ivana Magistrelli. The firm handled all contractual aspects, as well as the real estate and urban planning due diligence.
The building, fully leased to high-profile tenants and currently undergoing LEED Gold certification, was designed by Vittorio Gregotti, the renowned architect and urban planner who, in the 1980s, conceived the Bicocca Project – one of the most significant post-industrial redevelopment initiatives carried out in Europe.
