Aldo advises on taxation applied to real estate transactions across various asset classes, with a particular focus on real estate investment fund transactions (funds and SICAFs) and real estate companies, corporate reorganisations, as well as the tax aspects of financing transactions and real estate securitisation. He also provides tax advice to private equity funds and industrial holding companies.
Aldo is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome.
